Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 is a miscellaneous business activity building. It’s located in the centre of Wyck/Maastricht, with all of the facilities of a big city literally on the corner of the street. The train station, bus station, post office, ATMs, restaurants, cafés, chemist and shops are less than 200m from your front door. And you can also park in front of the door, or in one of the parking garages within walking distance (both paid and for permit holders). Access to and from the motorway is trouble-free, with only a few minutes’ waiting time in the rush hour.

Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 is located in an eye-catching building that adds a unique quality to the local architecture. Its interior is airy, spacious and - in a word - beautiful. The feeling of well-being that it invokes is accentuated by its acoustics (good ceiling absorption) and the interior climate (low-temperature under-floor heating). All the outside walls have direct ventilation to the outside so you don’t work in a stuffy, artificially controlled environment. WiFi is available throughout the building.

SERVICE
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 provides individual workplaces that include all services and use of shared facilities. You can make free use of the canteen, a number of informal meeting places and/or the large conference room, which is also suitable for larger groups. Use of this will have to be agreed with other building users and is included in the price. There is also individual cabinet space available in the archives room, if you need it. And you can also use the courtyard garden with terrace.

WORKPLACE
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 can offer you one or more individual rooms and/or one or more permanent open workplaces in the large atelier on the ground floor, which you use with other building users. However, this availability depends on the occupancy of the building at the time when you show your interest.

FIXED/FLEXIBLE
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 can be your permanent office or an occasional office or workplace for particular days, or mornings/afternoons. The choice is yours. In the latter case, an obvious solution is to have a place in a room, or the atelier, that’s available to you at times agreed in advance. It could also be that you just need a free place in the atelier when it suits you. All options are discussable.

PRESENTATION
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 also enables you to rent space for a one-off presentation. This can be for a part of the day (also an evening or weekend), a day, a week...or regularly. And of course, catering can be arranged as agreed.

AGREEMENT
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 offers space, and the services described above, with a rental agreement or user fee. In all cases, short notice periods
can be agreed.

EVENT
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 offers you the opportunity to agree business or informal contracts with other building users, which can lead to benefits of synergy. Sometimes appropriate art exhibitions are held in the leisure areas, and users are free to organise a public event between them.

ADVERTISING
Ondernemershuis ALEX 51 provides a shared advertising panel fitted next to the main entrance. This can state your name, with your logo, at no additional cost (and also no municipal advertising tax). Other advertising can be agreed mutually.
